Reflection of this year

Attempting to define one reflection for the year i found difficult as i feel this year has changed me so much as a person from aspects of social life to career ect. ive found that the transition from university to working and the changes that follow that to be my biggest learning experience. Acting by myself and not constantly asking someone else for their opinion was a struggle initially, learning when to trust my knowleage and observations and when to ask for a second opinion. this year my confidence has been boosted and along with that my belief in myself thanks to my graduate year. i feel again that moving from a graduate to a ordinary member of the team shall again require more learning and growth. i find that this year was really important as i learnt to trust myself and stand up for myself much more than would have previously.

i am so thankful for this year and all the many things i have learnt. i will treasure it and the people i have met.
