I have learnt so much this year, that it is difficult to specify the largest area of learning.
I have learnt how challenging a graduate nursing year can be.. keeping the balance between uni, work, further study and personal life has been tricky at times, especially with shift work.
I have learnt how to practice safely and advocate for a client when needed.
I have learnt that I am responsible for the standard of care that I give and do whatever learning is required to make sure that this is of the highest standard that I can provide.
I have learnt that I need to take care of myself well so that I can function well in a challenging work environment.
This year there have been so many areas of learning and I feel lucky to have had these as they have enriched me as a person.
